I am now reading this book called prayer for rain by Dennis Lehane, the same author to the Mystic River, from that motion picture by Sean Penn.
The new sprite storm(super lemoned flavour) never take the locals by storm. On my way back orchard mrt yesterday, there was this huge crowd, i inclusive taking a can of sprite storm. After sipping it, i realise the drink really sucks....its so sour.... can sun pls come out to take this storm away...
Saw this newspaper cutting on "budget hostels' blues: too many beds", in a transparent file on my brother's floor. Hmmm he wan to stay in hostel meh? for wat?
My brother once told me he wanted to study overseas....but i hardly think that could ever be materialised.....
Zixian asked me whether i am working and studying at the same time. I was like??? how to ? Angelina further affirmed my reaction by saying its impossible to cope, esp in engineering....
They mentioned why i always like to talk about linda linda linda.... but the thing is my only connection, or knowledge of wat is going on in nus is via linda. Is there anything wrong.??
Oh well..talking about that siao ja bo...she told me she got this lump in her shoulder which was excruciating when her mum tried to touch it. Considering the suspicious high platelet-count in her, she was worried that that lump could be a blood clot.... If a clot..can get into a "lump" i think that something is wrong....but if its not a lump..then wat...is could onlybe left with another 2 possible causes. Either it's a callus(least likely) or a ball of cancerous cells.
I implored her to go see a doc, when she actually sees no urgency at all..ugh...oh well juz hope that her dad will bring her to a doc soon. Shouldn't have mentioned bringing her to see a doc...only to be rebuked by the fact her dad is around haha. :P
ANyway nothing should be on the worse side....i haven been praying for sometime...yet i dun wish to pray juz coz i wan God to make her safe..sounds so pragmatic....
