I am so frustrated with myself. I failed so badly in my performance today. The balls were hit high, sometimes can't even hit the ball. So ashamed to face edwin. He had been picking the balls for me, encouraging me, teaching me...
He told me to keep staring at the ball, to adopt the twisting motion correctly to sweep at the ball. Many at times i like to stretch my hand or even legs to go hit the ball, juz like the way i hit a shuttlecock in badminton....sian.
The pent-up frustration in me eventually manifest itself in a series of haphazard hits, with no focus and concentration. I started to pick the ball and juz hit it back without adopting the correct techniques. Stupid me..... Fatigue and poor attitude always get the better of me... sianz.
But i will NOT give up...will continue to learn and learn and practise....
