Oh no everybody is lazy nowadays... pile of clothes in the basket waiting to be hung and they had been abandoned for 2 days. Well the third day a mighty mouse came to save the day. A nice little homely boy came to pick them up and hung up the clothes ( from 2 washes altogether).
The thing that my mum had always taught me about hanging clothes is that you always hang the "lightest" clothes on the extreme outsides of the window while the heaviest on the central part. The rationale of coz is pretty logical enough: the heaviest in the center so that you have less likelihood of stretching ur hands, ur body to pick up the pole. (heaviest: jeans and jeans and jeans.)
Oh man, see what slacking at home had done to me. Nonetheless, it'd been a while since i had helped out with these chores. After all, my mum had 3 boys, thus definitely we have to help right?
Jus like yesterday, before my mum came back from work around 1530, i had decided to vaccum the floor (prefer vaccum cleaner than a broom for obvious reasons) , as well as mopping it.
Quite fun actually, believe it or not. ;)
THis morning around 10pm i went to the nearby mac to eat hotcake sausage meal. I decided to spent on something that can really make me full. Indeed i was full, 3/4 full. The next thing that i had one was something that might hold u in suspense. I went to noodles stall at the hawker and order a "MEE POK dry", packet one.
I brought that packet home and immediately ate them without any hestitation or qualms.
NOw i was really full......................... Instead of eating 3 heavy-carbo meals each day, i think i should resort to 6 small meals. After all i have exhausted all kinds of plans in getting fat. May be i should try this. Eat and eat...i dun believe i wun get fat. At most i am going to consult my obese recruits. I am sure they will help. They once told me: "sergeant, if u follow our lifestyle, you will definitely get fat one". Perhaps ba.
Boring week today, can't play tennis...coz my fren not free....sian....i have decided not to run this week coz running had reduced my weight tremendously. I need alot of input first before i can run. So now i should focus on my input. :)
