Hmmm pls dun read this entry before having ur meal. Oh well. This morning i was listening to 98.7 and as usual Dan and Grace were having their morning madness syndrome. They were on the topic of toilet-paper producing workers going on strike in Finland. Can u juz imagine one day we have to ration our toilet paper..and that while we poo there is this security guard supervising the area of toilet paper u used for ur pooing. Goodness.
SOmehow, this topic will inevitably lead to the topic of POO. Have u ever wondered how many different kinds of POO there are?
1.The sinker(as the name suggests)

3.The GHOST. (after u drop it, u look at down and u see nothing!) YEW!

Alright folks, juz imagine my reaction when i heard this over 98.7 this morning, i was literally inside laughing inside my office... FREAKING GROSS.

Yesterday night went with linda to coffee bean Tampines, as usual catching up with any latest updates. She told me about she and Estee celebrated Wendy's birthday at fullerton 1. It was quite a novel idea esp when it comes from Lim teh. oops. I told her of some recurrent nightmares i have regarding tekong..and she continue to remind me what time i should book in back to army camp. Oh well...those were the days when after meeting her i have to hurry to take the last ferry back that cursed, faraway, condemned, island.
After i came back home last night, i was watching this freaking hilarious show on TV called Scare-tacular. As the name of the show incites, it's about friends who wan to give a big scare to their frens. THus you have the victim, the accomplice, and of coz the actors and actresses. I remember this one when this group of gals who were invited to this cabin for some night out, of whom one is the victim. While conversing, the victim saw a bulky guy carrying a large knife, with a mask on his face at the window. The rest of the gals turn around to see nothing. One of their guy fren(actor) went out to get something with a walkie talkie on his hand. The victim keep swearing that she really saw this guy with a freaky look on the mask and a knife. SUddenly they heard from the walkie talkie the guy asking them to lock the door immediately..they heard shouting from the walkie talkie. THe victim and the rest of the gals started to scream and everything was in a frenzy. Suddenly the psycho appeared and break the glass. THe victim was incredibly dumbfounded.
Finally, of her frens ask her the golden question. "are u scared". When she said that yes she is very scared, then the truth is revealed, "you shouldn't be scared, coz u are on scare-tacular". It was pretty freaky...coz everything inside the ploy was so real..haha. Oh well.
GUess what, in malaysia, police is searching for this guy, who was alleged to have worn the Darth Vader suit, and expose his "light sabre" to woman at a bus stop near some factory. Yucks..he is really on the dark side after all huh? It wont' be called revenge of the Sith, but the revenge on the Sick(man). =P
Tmr supposedly is my last day of work, and wednesday i am going to Old changi hospital with my 2 frens to capture some shots before this hospital is demolished. My females colleague Jes told me about her experiences there in the night which iam not going to mention, but anyway i dun believe in ghost and furthermore i am going in the noon. Big deal... I was stirring trouble when i came home today. I saw a red booklet at the kitchen bar counter. Squinting at it from a weary vision,it wrote, REPORT BOOK. I guess it muz be my little brother, Leon's results.
Oh well i blew my top once i saw the one letter that appeared twice. In my whole life, this is the first time i got to see a U grade so near, and on my hands somemore. Ungraded that is. For science and english. What is wrong with this guy.
Guess what?I am utterly sick of being a naggy-old-fellow-who-is-so-grumpy-when-he-came-back-from-work kind of brother. Leaving him alone had indeed done him worse.
My mum of course this time was finally seriously mad.
I was having dinner while mum was watching tv in the living room while he was watching in my mum's master bedroom. I admonished him to stop watching from inside and if he wanted to watch he jolly well come out to the living room to watch. He never bulge an inch.
I rose to my feet, went to the room, shouted at him to switch off the tv. He started to walked towards his room with that "kind" of face and went to the bed to sleep. I went to the bed(my room), ask him to get out. Never bulge. I grab his hands and he started to walk towards the living room with his pillow.
He always likes to go to sleep whenever being affronted by me or my parents.
I was awfully shocked few days back when he scolded my second brother for being KAO BEI.
Seriously i will not condone this kind of behaviour from him. My mum and I combined power to berate him from heaven to earth...every single thing.
Back in my mind i was hoping he wun become another Bree's son, who kicked his mum away and later warned sternly by the father,Rex.
WHy why why..his average percentage is only like 58.6% goodness.
I can't juz let him go down the winding path to total annihilation of character and morals. He went out to watch movie without telling my mum, and either he is playing on the pc or he will be engaging on the phone toking nonsense.

Guess you guys knew me well enough to know what i wanted to talk about today. Yes the final showdown for the american idol. No doubt yesterday's performance was great, with appearance of Kenny G and other veteran singers whom i have never hear of. The duet that Carrie and Bo sang together..can't remember the title but later gona ask a fren of mine...coz i remember part of the song appeared in Moulin Rouge before... beautiful song.
On wednesday singapore time, carrie sang the "inside ur heaven" so badly...that my brother and i were like "yew..." this song doesn't match her at all...appalling.. but i always think that her best song is still "crying" by Roy Orbison, the guy who sang "pretty woman". Today i was in office when i heard gold 90 fm played this orginal version of "crying". Still prefer carrie's dulcet tones in it.
To my horror yesterday i realised that "inside ur heaven" is going to be the single she is releasing on june 14. When the show was about to end yesterday, she performed her last song on the kodal theatre and it was the "inside ur heaven", still as bad-sounding as ever. The straits times was unanimous with my opinions too. It was written in today's papers that clive davis is going to have a rough time recording the cd for her haha. Oh well...at least she is going to grab the limelight out from Kelly clarkson. Both of them might be stunningly similiar in looks but then Kelly (a cocktail waitress) will lose out to that warm smiling Carrie...who looks so demure and adorable. =)
But i still prefer Vonzell Solomon to Carrie woodie gal.

This is the japanese movie called Hidden Blade which told the story of a samurai who do not follow social norms but choose to go against the current in order to preserve that inner kindness he had in himself.This movie only had 2 fighting scenes which are one of the best scenes inside the movie. Though pretty dialogue-based, but nevertheless it does not have the fulsome hollywood special effects, but a simple yet heart-wrenching plot. Lovely....

Actually it's 10 minutes to the final being re-telecast on channel 5 and i have received the news from a fren via sms that carrie had won the idol competition.
I would have preferred something with a fresh personality like Bo Bice, one who could manage his ballads and rock songs amazingly well.
No doubt carrie underwood knew her stuff and her voice is pretty powerful for her age. Pls dun compare that to that disgusting JoJo.
Yesterday, carrie won the tossing coin game and she got to sang last for the performance. She sang the Angles brought me here by guy sebastian so effortlessly. A jaw-dropper for me to hear her sing the song better than the austrialian idol. THat guy with that Afro hairstyle. Yew.....

Today Jesline is back from her 2 weeks of leave for her exam. When she came back there were many stuff for her to clear and of coz she asked me to help her since this week shall be my last week in the company.
My GM took leave for china and my colleagues started to have their little mini discussion on that collagen thingy that my female colleague went to perform on her face. Though i was in my room, their voices were real loud man. Oh well.
Today is not that a smooth day for me. Printer down, IT support guy is in HOng kong and had to remote control my desktop pc and till he is done i am nothing to do except to do some bundling and filing of the documents.
Hell of a day when a shipment to malaysia was stalled due to the malaysia custom asking for some tax thingy. Of coz, here they(colleagues) go into their usual jargons...which obviously i dun understand..all the proforma invoice thingy..bla bla bleah.
Today seriously got no good shows to watch...sianzz. So here am i slacking away online..

I am so vexed... I am officially broke for now and yet there is suppose to be a mandatory birthday dinner this coming weekend for my dad. Tmr i can't make it...and saturday my brother ccan't make it. This leads to the proposal of having the dinner on sunday. I mooted that suggestion anyway. My mum feels that birthdays shouldn't be celebrated in a belated fashion. (dad's birthday is on saturday). Ughhhh..friday i got something on and have to meet jeff and ronglun to get gift for LIjin. Friday(tmr) is the best day for me to go meet them after meeting my job agency consultant. Oh well.
I was juz wondering how come birthday nowadays become so stressful for people like me. It became stressful ever since the birthday person expects something out of ppl they are close with. No matter how much we deny it sometimes it's juz inside us. Inherent trait i guess.
Enough of these forlorn matters.
I actually looked forward to watching magadascar then watching star wars.
Yesterday was 8:27pm sharp, there is a simult-casting of the trailer of the movie "the chronicles of nadia" on both channel U and 5 at the same time, hence the word simul-casting. It seems like a COOL movie. I have always loved the story ever since i was younger. But i always get it confused with the Wizard of Oz. BOth got little gals, both got lion. Hmmm i guess i can only distinctly remember that wardrobe in the nadia adventure. However, this movie is only to be opened in december 22, if i recalled correctly. Long way to go.

Daniel ong was doing a rendition of "lam banba" (dunno how to spell). He sang it in a very chipmunk voice, one that is equivalent to stuart little twitching its "mousy" tones. So funny.
And not to mention their teasing of the tennis players' russian names, which were incredibly altered by daniel and grace.LIke Anna Volleynova, Anna backhandnova(sound like beckham), Anna forehanddownthelinenova...etc. -_- lame i know.

This month is indeed a crazy one.
1.Mother's day is over
2. 21st. Dad's birthday. Saturday.
3.22nd Lijin 21st birthday at a chalet(aloha). Sunday
4. COming 28th is REgina birthday chalet cum class gathering.
I seriously gota sort oout my priorities, of coz with the first 2 of utmost importance.
Last sunday fren got 2 free tix and jio me go watch movie called hidden blade at great world city. A muz-watch movie. I give it many thumbs UP!!! I dunno how to describe it but instead of those typical banal samurai movie like the "the last samurai", what we have here is a portrayal of samurai inner sancity, and his life tenets. Quite contrary to popular storyline, this samurai is pretty "cool". Not because of the cold winter in the movie, but of coz he doesn't expect woman or common folks to be submissive to him nor be fearful of him as a samurai. I shan't spoil the lovely experience of watching this movie. But i guess it's closing around these few days. Oh....
Brother got back from taiwan and arrived home at around 1am last night. I asked me to wake me up when his cab is reaching so that i could go help him carry his luggages and yada yada stuff. (not to mention any gifts he had for me, oh well...)
He bought exotic food which i had never yet seen in singapore. THat is interesting. Like a snack that is named by the president Chen Shui Bian. A small little biscuit which cost 2 SGD plus plus. Some other weird food, and to my horror he bought KIMCHI too. From taiwan ...ugh..
Oh right, he gave me a INUYASHA soundtrack and a "oil blotter" which got grapefruit smell. Erm...ya..it's an oil blotter from johnson and johnson. I never type wrongly, juz in case anybody is wondering.
Hmmmm...today i got the blog address of my jc mates which had been cursing me all this while. Mainly coz of my disappearing act? Ya..perhaps. An act that is not to be condoned in S14. Haha. OH well..

Few more weeks to the end of my part time job assigment, hopefully the agency to get me another one. Glad i can learn something from this company that i am currently attached to. JDE is one, with all the order processing stuff. This job seriously gave me a glimpse into some basic sales-related work task. My colleague juz gave me 9000 entries to update. Oh..boy am i going to take my own sweet time coz i know it's impossible to finish them by the end of this month. No way.
SIN OF THE MONTH: bought Phantom of the opera VCD. Yup. deserve a tight slap and spanking.(not monkey).

Comedy of the day. Was in the mrt today and saw a malay mother with 2 kids, whom one of them is in a pram. Mother was talking to the maid on friendly terms. Heart-warming..and suddenly she heard her kid in the pram start to mutter something and start to get up. The mother barked, "Tina, go to sleep, now!". The little gal(probably 2-3 yrs old), who had got up from the pram, drop back suddenly by herself, tilt her head back and close her eyes in moments of secs. SHe moved so fast and close her eyes to sleep. Wat a tyranny commander that was. Oh well not funny i know. ANyway the mother's barking was real loud. Pretty animated. Kids central.

Today is a thursday. Went to watch The Ten Tenors with Zixian at 8pm, at the Esplanade.
Today marks the day i step into the esplanade concert hall. Pretty impressive work of art...
The fact that we get the lousiest seat with restricted did not dampen that enervating experience we enjoyed. Alright, no doubt their images were a bit sensationalise but at least they sang my favourite NESSUN DORMA. Yeah..so happy that finally i can hear this song being sung live. This song is from a opera of Pucinni called Turandot, not that i knew much about it. I had quite an impression on this song coz there is this period of time i keep hearing different renditions of this nessun dorma. First it was by Russell Watson, then Sarah brightman, then in korean in a korean movie, then Vanessa Mae played in an instrumental remix. Personally this song is at its best when it's sung by a tenor like Russell Watson.
Let's tok a bit on the concert itself. The ten tenors. No doubt in their singing credibility or capability de facto. They have this inherent capacity to harmonise their singing with pitch-perfect tones that liven the seriousness of a typical operatic concert.
Their renditions of Beach Boy classics, as well as the Bee Gees were incredibly alluring and mesmerising. One thing i do admit is that of all their foreign songs, i only know Nessun Dorma. I guess the rest of them i juz listen to their melody lor.
During the interval, we actually wanted to sneak to the empty seats which got a better scope of the whole concert. Now came the argument between a devil and angel. Perhaps last time when i was in CO, we always like to cover up any empty seats to make it "presentable". So the idea of sitting on seats that are not occupied is juz nothing to me. However, Zixian did point out that it would be unfair to those who bought the expensive tix and yet we paid the lower prices to get the same seat as them. The amicable usherer before the show told us that if we wanted to change seat, better do it discreetly during the interval. I guess someone did complain to her and she ask us to do her favour to go back to our seats. The lady was so hospitable that i guess we juz had to do this favour for her.
In the end it was some ang mo seating near us that had complained to her. Curse them.
Back to the show, the ten tenors could dance and sing equally well. They gave an encore of 2 songs. After the concert there were some autographing going on and i guess i had to resist getting their CD. And in the end i did it.
Dunno why watching the ten tenors reminded me of listening to some new age cd...perhaps they dun belong to those mainstream opera singers i guess.
Tiring day..brother left for taiwan today. Nobody to nag me that he wan to use computer. I am the king..yeah...parents are the ACEs of coz.

This coming thursday i am going to watch the ten tenors with Zixian. Was juz reading the synopsis at the sistic website. SOunds cool. From the different prices of the ticket, can tell our seating should be pretty lousy. Nevertheless hopefull it's still audible. :)
My bro going to taiwan this coming wednesday for 5 whole days.
Mother's day my family went to East Coast park, JUMBO restaurant, to had a feast. My bro and i shared the bill, which totalled up to 128 plus. There goes my $ again :P.
My job contract is extended to end of this month, and thereafter i have to go seek another new job.
I can't seem find the reason behind my anticipation for the commence of school. Perhaps it'd been a while since the last time i study or even step into any institution for learning. Some ppl find me crazy, considering the kind of mad life that they are having, in mugging away for exams.
I guess exams are over for most of my gal frens and ever since the start of work i have always looked forward to friday.
I wan to sleep....so tired...yet i dun wan to waste my time in sleeping away. Sian

It was fun yesterday. Meet up with Lindy and ronglun for dinner at Cafe Cartel and lindy was eating vegetarian stuff. We updated on lindy all the stuff regarding 4a people, basically who is attached and who isn't. Both lindy and ronglun are really very funny lor, esp the stories from work in bookworm club that ronglun is doing now.
Of coz not to mention all the wonderful hilarious jokes lindy had from the states, and how the americans keep assuming all chinese came from china.
Linda then joined us not long after that and we went starbucks to tok till around 11pm plus. I begin to see more of that old Lindy that i know as we talk and talk.
We talk about many ngee ann stuff, its really all about reminiscing those memories we had together back then. We were pretty keen to go back to ngee ann actually. Too bad ronglun and i were working and we have difficulty going back.
Seriously i really hope school can start soon. At life can juz move on instead of being so stagnant at my current level. JUs work, and work.
THe caffeine loadup yesterday induces insomnia in me yesterday night. I feel like one of those in dawn of the dead now.Zombie..tired and yet energetic, both at the same time. Crazy right.
