My pc was in a cranky mood so i can't really get access to internet for almost a week.
Many things to blog about. First of all, linda tay is back from her mission trip with scandalous stories to tell hahaha. No lar, actually she was juz very impressionable by gentleman(s) over there at Myanmar. Met her on wedesday i think to catch up with her stories at the Billy Bombers. She giving some so much praises to the Banana milkshake yet in the end we can't finished the milkshake and she even attempted to shover her milkshake down my throat too. Futile attempt. =P
Oh well, and I also kena persuaded by her to buy "a moment to remmeber" vcd. If anyone remembers i blog about this movie b4, some time back. A real tearing movie which melt any heart of stone. Anyway, she wanted to watch first coz she hadn't watched it b4.
Oh ya..and linda tay forgot to buy that miracle cream for me haha. Oh well, she owe me alot hahah.
As usual i had been a ardent viewer of the megasuper star. I guess many are skeptical over this kind of talent-search kind of show. Esp, when one of the contestants turn out to be a blind guy. I am pretty happy with the choice of judges coz they are quite professional and sometimes downright straight forward with their comments.
When the results one announced on thursday 1130pm(so late), almost all the contestants started to weep. The scene was simply horrible and morbid. As if death is hanging in the air like that. My frens said i am heartless and i wun understand how they feel bla bla bla. Actually i am aware of the strong bonds that each of them have for one another. However, this is like one the first round of elimination, and this is competition. Seems like all the contestants got the mentality of "win or never win is ok" kind of mentality. Where is that strong primitive motivation to win?
I believe esp for guys in nation broadcasted show like this, tears shouldn't be wept without thinking twice. Tears are wept with a good reason, "YOU JIA ZHI".
Oh well. At least when i was watching with my little brother, those that we predicted were out were indeed out. This brings to a realisation how easily this chinese idol show can be predicted.
After watching Batman begins, i realised that i was completely wrong with the presumption that this movie sucks. While sitting thru the show, i was very into the action-packed scenes, the dramatic emotions displayed by the characters in the movie. As far as i can remember, Michael Caine seems to favour the kind of hairstyle he dons on his head. Everytime i see him in a show he is always in that hairdo. I am not sure why reviewers mentioned to keep a lookout for a immense beauty, Katie Holmes. Personally Nicole Kidman is better to me =)
I also understand that Christian Bale was also a child actor back in a movie called Empire of the sun, reminding me Kirsten Dunst in Jumanji, looking so small and young.
War of the worlds, one show which i am keeping a lookout for. Esp for that Daktota Fannings. Like her acting in Hide and Seek with Robert Deniro.
