Hi Mr Tang
We thank you for your feedback and we certainly welcome any alumni to visit the school and teachers.
However, we seek you understanding for the school's need to maintain a certain security procedure. All visitors to the school are directed to the general office and we do not allow visitors to walk round the school unaccompanied. The general office staff will help to locate and inform the requested teachers.
In future, may we suggest that you notify the office that you're an alumni member and are here to visit some teachers so that we can avoid any unpleasant experience.
We hope you can understand the need for us to enforce all these security measures and we certainly welcome you to come back and visit your teachers.
