There are so many super star,hosts showing on channel 8 and U. May be people think that they are juz atypical, boring, nothing entertaining, which cater mainly for couch potato like me,lounging at the sofa..switching my brain off...munching some chips, drinking my favourite peach tea...
Somehow, there are so much entertaining aspects of these shows that really make me want to watch these shows. Take for example the superHOST last night. The contestants were given an impromptu "air exhibit" on the stage, that were drawn by curtain. They prepared topics relevant to art and drawings by famous artists, and on the command "OPEN", the curtains were drawn, and something stood behind the curtains that made each contestants react in so "cartoony" way that really injects laughing fits into everybody below the stage. It was a nude lady standing right, alive.., with famous paintings painted onto her body. On certain angle of the camera, the tits had to be censored. The contestants tried their very best to explain the art piece, with a few obviously having their mind turned into a blank slate..and mouthing words that were of irrelevance. All were awfully shocked by this outcome of the contest.
Today in superstar...i was intrigued by the performance of a veteran actor, Chen Tai Ming, during that conversation he had with Mo Xiao Ling before the commercial break. He suddenly changed his facial expression, tightening to serious and solemn stare, with the camera fixated on that grave concerned look on his face. Next, his eyes immediately turned red, and Mo Xiao Ling stared at him in disbelief, speechless.. All this happened right after they were giggling about the performance of the contestants. My brothers and i after watching that, immediately went "WOW....IMPRESSIVE!".
Seeing that look on his face reminds me of the slim10 saga that he and his wife were twisted into. Probably he had used that experience to quickly get into the mood? I dunno.
My superior today gave me whole stacks of business cards to update...freaking sian.
