First and foremost...let me clarify something..i am not a hardcore mugger...jus in case many of you out there are wondering HAHA.
Stacie Orico has this song called, "There gota be more than life" and i definitely strongly stand by this statement.
Ever since the fact that NUS has decided to use bulk of my MOE bursary to actually pay part of my school fees..i have to re-shuffle my budget till the end of the year. Somehow it's still a good enough news that NUS has made the move to pay my school fees. What irritates me is the very fact that they fail to inform me of anything. I actually have to bug them, send them deluge of emails..jus like what my friend Joanna had done. Alright, 800 is not a meagre sum ok? At least thank God for this sum which could alleviate some burden on my mum. =)
My dad kind of fixed up my squeaky fan today!! The fan is really driving me crazy...and believe me...that stew-pig old fan needed some lubrication becoz of some rusty internal parts, thereby causing that painful squeaky sounds..
Today had our first board meeting for the 8th committee. It was quite a short, chop chop one. Prior to that, Tadmond, Stella and I went to Far east plaza..and the SUPERBAND happened to have some autography session, QIAN MING HUI. So we kinda linger around to see what happen and how the superband constestants look in like realilty. We were really late for the meeting but we reckoned that there will be more people who will be later than us HAHA. In the end, our risky assumption was absolutely correct =)
While waiting on second floor and gawking at those young student-fans dressing in their "costumes" inspired from the J-pop culture, we saw this small little boy who was lost. I asked stella: Hey look, that boy looked as if he is lost. We were not sure and observe to see if he is following his mother. After a few moments, we realised that he was really lost..as he kept crying for his mother..
Stella and the rest of us brought him to the information counter. The security guard told us they doesn't have the broadcasting system here and the boy can only be placed here until the mother came to look for him. Hmm i nearly wanted to bring the boy to the stage arena and asked the 933 host to call out for the boy's mother. HAHA.
I went to watson to buy a strip of MENTOS and asked stella to pass it to the boy. After eating one mentos, the boy say "ok, enough already, can only eat one". The way he said it was so hilarious and innocently adorable sia. Not long after that, his mother came and asked him "how come never call mummy's handphone.."
Both stella and i were thinking..hmm he looked too young to even know how to use a handphone lor...and what's more to even memorise the mother's handphone number..
Oh ya.. nassera said my designs are always kiddish..time to go for some design-maturing course man... :> HAHA.

Finally the anniversary is over...and all of us have put in a tremendous amount of time and sleepless nights into making this whole event a successs.
We'd just met up last saturday for a post-mortem of the whole events...basically a "complaining" session...
It's exhilirating to see all your works being displayed in LT 13. Not to mention the appraisals for my video collages =) GMPS principal had actually wanted a copy of the video to be played to their primary school students. Cool.
Basically my decoration commitee on that day was Shiva and myself. And all of us, had to multi-tasked on that day....
My letter opener finally landed in the hands of the guests. Hope that they like my design =)
I guess after this whole event is back to my intensive mugging mode already.
This sem i have 3 maths modules to be done in Science faculty. Actually i kind of like the food in science canteen..but gj and jordan seem to prefer engin's more.
Tmr is ENGINE DAY!! and it's half day by the way...sigh..if SCIENCE got science day then i don't have to attend my linear algebra tutorial in the later afternoon liao... :(
